Hi
My GMAT score is valid till jan 2013.
Would I be eligible to apply to school this year?

Am planning to apply to MBA - HBS, Standford, Wharton, Yale
MPP - Carnegie Melon, Utah
INSEAD

Go to your target school's application guidelines. Most of the schools will give a specific validity date. For example, HBS has the following note:

Please be advised that in order to apply for admission in Fall 2013, GMAT scores must be dated January 1, 2008, or more recently.
