Hi guys,
So I've been admitted by CBS and Harvard's Kennedy school of government (+ Columbia SIPA). Rejected by HBS and probably by Stanford GSB.
I can delay my HKS admit, so I'm thinking about reapplying to MBAs next year.
So questions: -Are B-Schools or specifically Columbia likely to re-admit someone who was admitted the previous year? -What are the re-application success rates at Harvard and Stanford? I'm thinking that I can get better recommendations (specifically I have a friend who got into HBS and could write my peer recommendation, right now none of my recommenders have MBAs or anything close to that), slightly improve my essays, apply round 1 instead of round 2. Also I could get the title of partner in my current consulting startup as opposed to project leader now. Worth it?
