Reloading GMAT Prep software for new tests - help

Reloading GMAT Prep software for new tests - help [#permalink] New post 14 Oct 2006, 10:09
Hello all - am trying to reload the software so I can take (slightly) different tests - unsuccessfully! I removed the program and all its components from my computer, restarted it, and yet when I reload the software and call up the practice tests, it states they are "completed" already. What do I do??
