Got 740 (98%) and AWA 4.0 (36%) (AWA score is basically mean score).

Should I retake because of AWA?

This is a a good question to ask Scott/Omari or Accepted.com. they are the experts as far as i am concerned.

No. Write good essays. Ask your recommenders to comment positively about your written communications skill. don't retake a 740 GMAT.
