I was just considering this. In law school apps, LSAC counts both versions of the course that you took (or both times). But how do B-schools look at this? Although it would show on my transcript, would the improved GPA be beneficial enough to consider doing this? I mean, they aren't horribly bad grades (just a couple C's here and there), but would this be worth it?
