What's wrong with your GPA? A 3.46 at Yale--that's not a negative.

Schools will understand that formal leadership roles at work are unlikely but even a newbie can show initiative. Look for ways to exceed your job responsibilities at work. Mostly, schools will look for leadership in your college, extracurricular, and community activities, Make sure you have plenty to show them...
