Business schools tend not to allow transfers between schools. If you switch schools, you have to start over.

Keep in mind that even if you switch MBA programs, with or without transfer credits (which as the poster above said is for the most part not possible), you will need a very good explanation as to why you are switching MBA programs. Unless you have a great explanation, this will be seen as a negative.
