which is correct

i wo'nt be able to relax until i get

I think it should be "is"
Tom is coming to to the party, as well as John.
Tom is coming to the party
John is coming to the party

'as well as' serves as an additive phrase here. All additive phrases will not join two nouns into a compound plural noun.
Always remember that only 'and' can combine two singular nouns into a compound plural noun.

E.g.
Wilfred, together with Paul, is a member of GMATClub.
Jack, along with Jill is going up the hill.
The blind man, accompanied by the woman, is crossing the road.
All students, including their teacher, are required to submit an essay.
Joseph, as well as Jack, is going for a swim.
Julius, in addition to Brutus is heading to Germania to crush the barbarians.
