Hi!
Are any US visa problems for family members (wife and daughter)? What schools think about it? Is it advantage or disadvantage?
Any advices?

For them - could be a problem. I believe it should be F1.

You will just need to show enough liquid funds to support your family, for example in Columbia the numbers are $800 per month for an adult and $400 for a child, in addition to those which you should have for your personal needs (roughly $200k). Yours is F1, for the family as far as I know F2.

Assuming that we get a loan from the school (of ~50% of the total student budget), plus a scholarship (~20% of the budget), do we just need to show 30% of the budget covered by personal funds? Or 50%? This is for the F1 visa application.

Theoretically yes, 30%, (don't forget about the interest payments) but the rules could be different from school to school. CBS is asking to show it funds just for the first year to issue I-20, not sure about the consular, but it could be reasonable to assume that he/she wants to see all money.
P.S. Don't you mix percentages? As far as i Know scholarships cover only tution not personal needs.

Yes, scholarships only cover tuition but I am assuming the tuition amount is at least 50% of the student budget. So the scholarship in this case would be well within the tuition expense. Also, extending your argument, lets say that the school offers me 30% scholarships and 70% school-based loans for the first year and second year. Wouldn't this theoretically mean that I have to show $0 as personal contribution? I know that that would not be advised, but do you get the point?

I would suggest - yes, many people take loans even before repaying old ones, it must be that they have no cash to present. However, I would connect your school they are responsive on such questions.
