I did bba in finance and went to bank then retail now want to go back to banking. i think i may forget most of the stuff i have studied and did by just working in retail management. thus just wonder if there is any1 who can in details, in simpler words describe how central bank's rate setting works and what is most important in it? I know more about it from my commercial banking experience, would welcome the ideas in details.
