I did this specifically for verbal:

Number 1-41 columns across the top and A-E rows going down on the left side. As you eliminate answers, put an X in its location. For example, on question 2 you've eliminated A,C, and D...this means that there should be X in 2A, 2C, and 2D.

So you essentially have to use a portion of the break to do this? Will they bring me a new pad between each section so I can do it before I take my break? In other words, after my AWA I could get a new pad, as well as after my Quant?

You can request a new pad each break. I put the table on page 1. It takes 2 minutes to do it, you have 10 minute breaks. I made the table and ate food during the break.

Sounds reasonable. I just wanted to make sure I didn't spend 2 minutes to make my grid, go eat, and come back to a new pad.
