Which School is Preferable? [#permalink] New post 16 Nov 2005, 13:20
If you guys had to choose between University of Chicago, Yale and Darden, which would you choose and why (please rank all three)?

I know U of C is known for finance and accounting. I know Yale is known for its public, private and non-profit lean. And I know Virginia is known for its "general management" curriculum and case-based approach. But is one significantly better than the rest? Is there one that stands out from the other two?

Thanks for your input.

You're going to hate this answer, but it doesn't matter what WE think... It matters what YOU think and what YOU want to do!

When I thinkof Chicago I think strong in analytics, when I think of Darden I think of strong adherence to the case study method, and when I think of Yale I think of general management and non-profit programs.

But don't take my word for it... If you are lucky enough to have a choice between those schools, visit them adn decide for yourself. At the end of the day, visiting and seeing how each school "fits" is the most valuable thing you can do.
