Hello,

I took my Gmatprep-1 two weeks back and planning to write my gmat in next April/May. Since I don't want to waste any more gmat practice test now, I am planning to write MGMAT and gmatprep tests when I will feel comfortable with each type of questions (may be after 10-12 weeks).

Now if I practice questions from the forum and participate in the discussion, is there a chance that I will get some questions common in those tests and as a result my score will be highly inflated?

yeah there are a ton of questions from the MGMAT tests on the forums.So yes.

Yes, I would only use the forum questions during review of practice tests and not solve questions randomly from the forums.

During review, I would take each question that you encountered, search here and then see the various ways people answered or explained them.

^^ I agree, the explanations on this forum are a lot better and more clear than most book/test exaplainations

Yea, the official guide especially has some really brief explanations. The forum here can definitely provide a more thorough explanation on questions that are posted.
