I just got done reading Your MBA Game Plan, the book recommends using this grid to analyze your strenths and weaknesses. You should put down everything that comes to mind under each of the activities and put x's in characteristics (some of your activies will have more than one x).

I think doing this will help those of us applying recognize where we need work and how to address it in our essays. Also this brainstorming exercise should help with ideas for essays.

*edit* I've added an example to show how to use the grid.

Good news is that is only an example - I've got way more on my grid!!! Hoping that the inspiration will come through for my essays.
