A.

(1) sum will be 0 when:
-n, -n+1,....-2,-1,0,1,2,....,n-1,n
the number of integers to the left and right of 0 should be same. therefore, total number of integers = odd
sufficient

(2) product will be 0 as long as 0 is in the set
0,1
