1/4 girls = 1/6 total
=> girls = 2/3 total

this implies, number of boys = 1/3 total

ratio of boys/girls = (1/3)/(2/3)
= 1/2

Answer : (C) 1 to 2

Consider a number with 4 and 6 as its factors- 24.

now 1/6 th of 24 = 1/4 th of girls------> 4=(1/4)g
So - Girls =16 and Boys=8
So ratio= 8/16 = 1/2
