This has to be the most confusing GMAT question I've ever encountered. I think the question is worded poorly because I can't comprehend what it means, even after reading the question multiple times and the solution multiple times. If someone could chime in, I'd appreciate it.

A machine consisting of 3 connected wheels is mixing concrete. The engine is running at a speed of 60 rpm and the mixer is mixing at a rate of 8 rpm. If the radius of the smaller (drive) wheel is 2 inches, what is the diameter of the mixing wheel?

a) 12
b) 15
c) 25
d) 30
e) 32

Out of the 3 wheels, which is the "mixing wheel"? Is the "mixer" a part of the machine or is it its own separate wheel? What does the engine have to do with this?

Thank you for the report. We'll need to edit the wording a bit. I guess there are only two wheels there :). +1
