Is 10^n+8 divisible by 18?
n is prime.
n is even.

Statement (1) by itself is sufficient. If n is a positive integer, 10^n +8 is always divisible by 18. This is because 10^n +8 is even and is divisible by 9 (the sum of its digits is divisible by 9). All prime numbers are positive integers, so we can answer the question.
Statement (2) by itself is insufficient. . If n=0 , the answer is "no", if n is 1
