Hi Folks,
I'm kvegs working in Bangalore, India. Planning to take GMAT in the month of DEC/JAN. As everybody mentioning, i felt Sterns is good university for PT. To do part Time MBA from Sterns, do we need to stay in US or can i do it from India also ? Please guide me in this.

Thanks Bayern....thats interesting cause someone posted close to 160 last week on another forum! Is there a numbering system, or do you guys have to actually count?

What to do now? Does anyone have any idea of the chances of getting in off the wait list? I am going to write a letter letting them know I am still interested and will attend if admitted - I'm also going to write an additional essay explaining why I believe the program is a good fit for me - I didn't really elaborate on that in my application.
My quant scores aren't strong, and I'm pretty sure that's why I didn't get in. I am planning on (worst case) taking a stats class this semester @ another school and re-applying if I don't get in from the waitlist. Should I let them know? I'm worried that if I do, they'll be less likely to admit me now and take a wait and see approach for the fall......any suggestions?

I am showing 136. Strange because the class should double that size.....I would advise you to send in an alumni recommendation letter and/or a essay stating your intention to attend NYU if given the opportiunity.

thanks bayern....is there a possbility the database is not updating and reflecting fairly old information? I don't see why they are putting people on the waitlist this late in the game if half the class is still empty.
