You have a good solid profile with a good GMAT and good grades. I feel that the sports plus the fraternity stuff really gives you that extra turbo boost to make your profile shine more than it normally might... and by leaning on those two items, as well as PROVING excellence at work, you should have a good shot at Top 10 schools, provided your essays LORs and other materials are stellar, and that you apply to enough of the Top 10 schools.

Hope this helps you out... and if you got any further questions, don't hesitate...

Thanks, Jon!
Should I make an effort on round 3 applications or just wait until the fall?

Oh! Tough question! Its up to you really. I think you would have a shot to apply r3, but keep in mind that your chances are nonetheless reduced, and your opportunities to get money offers even greater so. So what does that mean? That the benefits you would get of going early next year should outweigh the disadvantages. Is it worth it for you?
