Oh! Tough question! Its up to you really. I think you would have a shot to apply r3, but keep in mind that your chances are nonetheless reduced, and your opportunities to get money offers even greater so. So what does that mean? That the benefits you would get of going early next year should outweigh the disadvantages. Is it worth it for you?
