I also researched my interviewer and was able to find a common thing we both share and we spent a great deal of time speaking about this.
My questions was related to how my interviewer was able to use the teachings and resources in her current role.
I feel very optimistic for the Booth and Yale SOM decisions next week.

The questions were:
- Introduce yourself and tell me why you want to do an MBA and why at WashU Olin
- Post-MBA goals and target companies (then a follow-up question based on my resume)
- Tell me about a time when you dealt with conflict within a team
- Tell me about a time when you experienced failure and your learning from it
- What excites you about St. Louis? Also, would you like to ask me anything?
I'm also adding the questions from the Kira interview that I completed earlier:

Hi All,
Just had my interview and it was a bit weird I must say. It went on for only 20 mins. Interviewer looked more nervous than me and never smiled once even though I was smiling all the way. Surprisingly he did not ask Why MBA and Why Olin, which I thought were mandatory questions for Olin as they themselves highlighted in one of their seminars on admission. At last, interviewer said hope to see you in summer - which was probably the only positive thing in the interview.
