-How do you work in diverse environments? Have you experienced conflict?
-Is Rice your first choice?
-Is there anything you’d like the AdCom to know?
After that, we moved to my questions (around 7–8 minutes).
My Questions to Him
-How has your experience at Rice been so far?
-What advice would you give to an incoming student?
-Since Houston is such a strong energy hub, how closely connected are students to professionals beyond formal recruiting?
He was open and engaging throughout.
Duration:
Around 18–20 minutes total. The question portion lasted roughly 10 minutes, and the remaining time was for my questions.

- Open question - tell me about anything you’ll like to add to this interview for me to take to the admissions committee.
All this lasted for about 20mins at most.
- Any questions I have for him.
This lasted for about ten minutes. I asked 2 questions only but it was a very interactive session so the 10mins went by so fast.
I enjoyed the conversation and I think it went really well.

Very conversational interview with 2nd year student!
The only "unique / weird" questions I got were "how are you evaluating your university options" and "is rice your #1 choice"

Just had my interview, super easy, standard MBA questions except for 1: He asked for what clubs/activities I'm interested in at Rice. So make sure to know a few clubs that you'd like to join and why.
Also, something to note is that the interviewer told me all but 1 of his cohort are doing IB in Houston. So, if you're not looking to work in Houston post-MBA (for IB), then this might not be for you lol.
