The interview was blind (resume-based). The interviewer was in a bit of rush (I suppose due to multiple meetings). I joined 10 mins earlier than my time and she was already present. We jumped right in and wrapped up with additional questions in about 30 mins.
Overall the feel was quite warm and encouraging with her sharing details about her own experience in tid-bits.
Questions -
1. Walk me through your resume/TMAY?
2. ST/LT Goals
3. Why MBA/Tuck/Now?
4. TMAT when - received critical feedback/accomplished something in a project/helped someone?
5. What is something new that you learnt recently?
6. Any questions for me?
Mostly it was a repeat of most of the questions I have seen here or on ClearAdmit. Just be thorough with your narrative. ATB everyone!

She was very nice and made the interview conversational interwoven between questions and based on my answers. Questions themselves were very basic MBA interview questions and don't seem to have changed based on the other interview debriefs I've seen here:

Started with standard questions
Tell me about you? Why MBA? Why Tuck? How tuck will help you achieve your aspirations? what are the things you wish to do in Tuck? what do you bring to tuck?
Then onto some behavioural questions:
Tell me about a time you failed?
tell me about a time you handled conflicts? what is your biggest accomplishment and why.
And then there were a few off topic questions:
Do you want to talk about something that is special to you (not exactly worded like this, but this was kind of what they were asking)
Then towards the end, “do you think I should have asked you something but I didn’t, you can talk about it”
Then questions I have for the interviewer.
The interviewer was very friendly and nice, I felt at ease from the word go. Fingers crossed 🤞

What GMAT score do I need for Tuck?
The average GMAT score for Tuck is around 730 (Classic) / 675 (Focus Equivalent) for the latest incoming class. As score is just one component of the application it does not mean that you can get in with 740 and someone will get dinged with 700.

What is the average GRE score for Tuck?
Tuck average GRE score for the latest incoming class is 322. The dynamics for most schools with GRE admissions is that a great profile with a lower-caliber GRE score seems to be acceptable but a below average profile will usually not be able to get in with above-average GRE score. As the result, the average GRE score may look very tenable but it may not result into an Admit. This is just an average score and schools admit a spectrum of applicants.

How long is the FT MBA program at Tuck?
Tuck Full Time MBA program is 20 months long. You will start the program in August/September (the first 1-2 weeks will be orientation) and graduate in April/May. The full-time MBA program has a break for a summer internship.

Tuck Requires at least 2 years of work experience for their Full Time MBA program. Two years is minimum and the recommended / ideal work experience is 5-6 years, which gives you more content for the application and is more likely to result into admission. More experience also offers a stronger resume and better chances for recruiting.
