Hi Abhishek,

We handle lot of applications from India and must say that your profile is different which many others can't offer.

The strong points are your leadership activities, diverse experience, post grad degree, international and project management experience. If you use these well in essays and corroborate them with examples then your app will be strong.

Recommendations can make a difference. Try getting once from your supervisor and other from someone at FEDEX.

GMAT is avg but i don't think you should worry about it or retake it as you can use the next couple of months in writing solid essays and getting good recos rather than retaking GMAT.

One last tip- Don't make your profile sound too technical. Highlight the business/ management part of it and build a strong case for doing MBA.

Hope this helps.
