C = \sqrt{\frac{W}{L}}

Now, if you triple W and reduce L by half we get: C = \sqrt{\frac{3W}{\frac{L}{2}}} = \sqrt{\frac{6W}{L}} =\sqrt{6}\sqrt{\frac{W}{L}} = \sqrt{6}C
