Big-4 consultants like yourself typically see the most love at schools like Haas, UCLA, Yale, Cornell, Michigan, Darden, Duke and NYU (otherwise known as your sweet spots). Schools like Kellogg, Sloan, Booth, Tuck and Columbia are stretches but still within range (they're worth giving a serious shot). There certainly are Big-4 folks at H/S/W, but oftentimes have a much harder time getting in.

As for leadership in undergrad, that's fine since you're a very recent grad.
