(D) Dangling modifier
(E) Integration is singular so shoud be its verb.

B is out becasue of "increases...which reduces"
C&D are out because of "have contributed to increase..."
E is out becaues of "integration... which reduce"

A seems to be the answer.
however, I wonder whether the referent of 'which' is 'increase' or 'integration'. ==> Doesn't it matter? It looks vague.
