Just finished today with 770 (Q50 V48) –– I thought given the Q and V score the total would be higher. But I will take it

I started to prep 3 month ago with an initial assessment of 680. First attempt was 720 about two weeks ago when I slept only 3 hours the night before.
I had consistently mocked around 770 leading up to my first attempt. However I failed to acquire adequate sleep the night before—I just couldn't calm myself down with the anxiety. As a result, my brain just wasn't functioning on the test day.
I immediately decided to retake as I knew I could have done better. I did some research on circadian rhythm and realised I wasn't having a consistent sleeping schedule. So I started to track my sleep 2 weeks ago. I aimed to be in bed the same time every single day. So yesterday although I was also very anxious, my circadian rhythm kicked in and saved the night.
I guess my advice is to take sleep hygiene very seriously and start prepare your body weeks before going into the test and trust the process. Eat healthy, exercise. This is as much a physical challenge as a mental one.
