Congratulations on the absolutely epic score, and thank you for the kind words! You're clearly unbelievably talented, and I'm glad that we could help a tiny bit with the videos -- a 770 is one heck of an achievement.
Also, I absolutely love this:

I did some research on circadian rhythm and realised I wasn't having a consistent sleeping schedule. So I started to track my sleep 2 weeks ago. I aimed to be in bed the same time every single day. So yesterday although I was also very anxious, my circadian rhythm kicked in and saved the night.
I guess my advice is to take sleep hygiene very seriously and start prepare your body weeks before going into the test and trust the process. Eat healthy, exercise. This is as much a physical challenge as a mental one.
You nailed it. We meet so many test-takers who maniacally study until their bodies and minds are fried to a crisp, and they don't pay attention to things like diet, exercise, and sleep. We even refer some of our students to a sleep coach sometimes, because it's THAT important. Major kudos for diving into the research and figuring out how to optimize your sleep -- it's not always an easy thing to do.
Congratulations again, and let us know where you land for grad school!
