Undergrad Work Experience

Many of the apps are asking me to pick between part time, full time, and internship for work experiences.

What is the difference? I worked part time during the semester, wasn't called an intern, and it was related to finance. Is that part time or internship? And then summer internships that were >40hr / week in finance, those are internship and not full time?

I put summer jobs as part-time work since I think part-time includes "seasonal" employment. Some schools don't have an extra place for part-time work, but they'll see it on your resume if it mattered. That's my take on it. I don't know if it's correct though...
