My dream school - will put everything into this app!
btw, did you guys read this on the website?
Decision Notification**
We will post decisions to your ApplyYourself account by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the decision date for the round in which you applied. Under no circumstances can we provide decisions earlier. Provide an email address on your application form to which you will have access through the decision date. You may report a second email address, too. We do not release admission decisions via telephone or in person.
Is this always the case? I read people saying that Bolton calls them etc.? Are they changing that this year or do they always write this but call anyways?

They wrote this last year and Derrick Bolton still calls admits the day before. I think they write this to prevent people from hounding them for an answer a week before the decision date.

Definitely applying - good luck guys! Make sure to go to campus, that will definitely make it your #1 choice. I haven`t seen the Knight Management Center since it opened, but it looks incredible.

Almost missed this thread, I was in the applicant pool last year but had to take an early exit because of my GMAT score. This year I am definitely in and putting my best application in. All the best everyone.

Has anyone started working on the essays? I have decided to work on Stanford GSB last, probably after my Haas essays. I just need to finish my GMAT which is on 23rd June. I can't wait to get done with it and move to the fun part.

On the application form under the section award and honours, does anyone know the official word on what can be included there. Stanford doesnt seem to specify a timeline for which those awards happened. Can I go as far back as high school (if it was significant)?

It would really have to be amazing to include it from high school, i.e. something universally recognized. B-school apps should really have very little from high school, unless it's just a piece of a story showing how you learned something (or something else along those lines).
