Mu undergrad is from india ans yes they describe the grades at back of my transcript....so i did scan that

IIT should be good enough any day, buddy. If you reached there, you've got to have something special. But it is the whole application 'package' that decides who gets in, not a part. A good part cannot guarantee you a place, but a bad part can spell doom.

So after submitting, have they contacted you to inform you whether your file is complete?

I'm not sure, but I'd just send them. You can do it online really easily. I sent mine to my final list last week and it took like 1 day to get electronic confirmation. Also, this list is so dead! Is everyone just convinced they're getting rejected and therefore don't want to show any excitement!?
