I would like to suggest one thing that Stopwatch option in the post should be a bit easy one like the one used by beatthegmat Although, Stopwatch currently used is nice but most of the time people don't use it and maybe it's because it takes a lot of space in the post. There should be only an option in such a way that when someone clicks it while posting the questions it would appear as a heading below "Post Subject" location.
I think implementing it that way would help people use it more frequently and practice questions posted in timely manner.
