B cannot be good. You may have thought about parrallellism ( those of... those of... )but you are comparing apples and oranges. you have to compare the population of X to the population of Y. In this case, the Native Americans ( the population ) of X ( British Columbia, the Plains, and the Southwest ) to those ( the population ) of Y ( Puget Sound )
