Attend with Scholarship or Reapply?

Hello all,
Long-time lurker, first-time poster.
This application cycle has certainly been interesting for me, I was rejected by every school I applied to (couple top 15 and some top 10) but I was accepted to a top 20 program with a full scholarship. I am interested in banking and would like your opinion as to whether or not I should reapply for the next year to a couple more top programs.
The reason that I am even considering this is because I feel I did quite poorly with my interviews and overall packaging of my application (I would get an admissions consultant to help with that this time but the experience from this year would prove invaluable as well. Additionally, I will be getting promoted to manager very soon and feel like the experience as a manager would really help me career-wise.
My background is that I have a 3.6 GPA from a top-30 US university, 3.45 GPA grad school GPA (accounting), 750 GMAT, 5 years experience (2 at big four accounting, 3 at fortune 500), and I would be considering the following schools (plus maybe a couple more to diversify, but these are the definite choices):
-Booth (rejected last cycle)
-Darden (rejected last cycle)
-Sloan
-Kellogg
-Tuck
-Ross
One additional bit of information: I'm 30 already and I'm not sure if it's even worth delaying this process for a year if my age will be viewed as a negative.
To everyone who has made it to the end of the post, thank you so much! Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
