Schools do consider the quality of the school when evaluating GPAs. That said, they will also look to the GMAT for confirmation of your academic ability, so you might want to nail down that 710 given the caliber of schools you're targeting. Your professional experience looks solid/good if not especially unusual. I recommend stressing the leadership and deemphasizing the technical aspect. The international childhood should make for a great diversity essay, which you'll need because the lack of post-college community work will hurt you. Given this latter weakness, I would say your chances at Stanford (your longest shot) and Kellogg are minimal, slightly better at Haas and MIT, with probably even chances at either. I recommend being more conservative in filling out your school target list (which ones will depend on your goals).
