Among the 200 cars displayed at an auto show, 50 had built-in air conditioners and 63 had traction control systems. If 12% of cars with air conditioners had traction control systems, what percent of the cars without air conditioners had traction control systems?

* 35
* 36
* 38
* 40
* 45

don't we need to say that all cars at the show could only have AC or traction systems or both?

From the question, i arrived at 38%.

total no.of cars = 200;
Cars with air conditioning = 50
Cars without air conditioning = 200-50 = 150
Cars wtih traction system = 63
Cars with A/C and traction = 12% of A/c = 6
so rest of the traction systems are installed in non A/C cars which is 57/150 = 38%

OA is C. I got that as well, but that still requires making the assumption
