For IIMA PGPX , in the most recent intake the average GMAT focus score is around 645. So you can take that as a benchmark. 645+ is a good score to target.

One thing that I would mention here is that out of 14 selections and 3 waitlists that we have worked with this year, and similar over the previous years too, we have observed that the selection process at IIMA PGPX is very unbiased towards the GMAT score alone. It is important to work equally hard on all aspects of the process.

All the best!

Hello booandsnoo,

You should look at a score in excess of 675 on the GMAT to have a reasonable chance at receiving an interview call.

I am 35, currently pursuing fulltime MBA from Tier 2 where average is 8-9 lpa. Will it be wise to again go for IIM A PGPX or any any other Good option than that to pursue Exec MBA? I have 4-5 years of business operation xperience which shut down & then I am back to pursuing MBA which I am doing now.

Hello 7sharad7,

While your post does not have enough details pertaining to your profile, you should target a score of 675 on the GMAT - the higher the better.

All the best!

Hello niteshnavgire,

Pursuing another MBA immediately after your first may not be the best move; it would be wise to wait a couple of years before making this decision.

Good luck!
