Please evaluate profile. Hope to enter MBA school in Fall 2012

Male, 24, US Citizen from India (did upto High school there, undergrad here)

Education: Bachelor's Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech. GPA: 3.7
GMAT: 730 (Q49, V40)

Work Exp: Working as chemical process engineer from June 2009 at major chemical manufacturing company. 1 promotion.
Started off as chemical engineer but role has shifted into more of a supply chain role
Manage railcar & barges to ship off finished product, procure raw materials, lead teams to achieve production metrics

Extra: Toastmasters for 1.5 years (Held VP & President roles in the club)

Short Term Goals: Post MBA want to work for major chemical company in supply chain/logistics dept.

Long Term Goals: Want to move back to India & start supply chain consulting firm focusing on chemicals markets

Schools: Kellogg, Berkeley, Michigan Ross, TX Austin, Carnegie Mellon, NYU Stern, UNC
