Re: 68)Unfortunately many employees fail to appreciate the value [#permalink]
Quote:
68)Unfortunately many employees fail to appreciate the value of the new and comprehensive set of retirement packages, mistaking it as yet another ploy by managers to strip them of its benefits .

A mistaking it as yet another ploy by managers to strip them of its benefits
B mistaking it for yet another ploy by managers to strip them of their benefits
C mistaking them as yet another ploy by managers to strip them of its benefits
D mistaking them for yet another ploy by managers to strip them of their benefits
E mistaking them as yet another ploy by managers to strip them of their benefits

Oa is
[Obscure] Spoiler:
b
.

Can somebody please explain it in B and them in D.

B mistaking it for yet another ploy by managers to strip them of their benefits

D mistaking them for yet another ploy by managers to strip them of their benefits

- 'them' here is confusing.Does them refer to managers or the packages and the 'them' later in the sentence is even more confusing -'it' in answer choice B refers to the value not the packages
