Hi there, I think you're confusing the tuition expense and total expense. The tuition for top schools is usually around $50,000 a year, which will be $100,000 for the duration of the MBA study. The $150,000 that you're reading most likely include both the tuition and the other expenses, such as meal, insurance, housing, etc. If $100,000 is still too much, then you'll need to most likely look at ways to finance these, either through family, school, or private companies.
Generally speaking, all top b-schools will cost you roughly $100,000 tuition money for two years. What I'm describing is full-time MBA program (not part-time or executive programs). Most, if not all, top b-school full time programs will not allow you to work, whether explicitly or implicitly, plus you're not going to have much time to do a part-time job anyway (unless you're thinking about teaching piano for once a week for an hour). At school you'll be very busy with school work, recruiting, and other activities that will eat up most of your day. For a summer internship's 'salary', you can look at the school that you're interested in and check out what their intern salaries are (usually posted by weekly wage). Usually, for a 10-week summer internship, you're looking at around $15,000 to $30,000, depending on the industry, company, and practice.
