E it is.

The event is in the 'Present tense' so, 'Will' is right. 'Past tense or Past perfect' then 'would'.

Note:
1.If you work hard, you will do well. 'Present tense' and 'will'.
2.If you had worked hard, you would have done well. 'Past perfect' and 'would'

Agree with above explanations for E. D is just a mess with multiple conditionals --> would/if/will

Guys,
Need some explanation on the usage of will, would, could. Do we have any links which can explain the usage in a clear manner.

Thanks

would: https://www.bartleby.com/61/22/W0232200.html
will: https://www.bartleby.com/61/93/W0159300.html

Although it does not explicitely mention that "will" is used in present tense while "would" is used in past tense, you can clearly notice that in the given examples. A grammar book should confirm that.

The exception where will or would can be used interchangeably is in formal, polite requests.
Ex: Will/Would you be kind enough to open the door?
"Would" in this example conveys more politeness than "will" does
