Blind vs. non-blind interviews [#permalink]

Hi all, much appreciate if someone can provide information on whether interviews from these schools are conducted blind or non-blind.
HBS, Wharton, Booth, Stanford, MIT.

Hi phboom, Wharton, Booth, and Stanford tend to conduct "blind" interviews -- i.e., your interviewer will usually not have reviewed your application before your interview, except perhaps your resume. HBS and MIT Sloan interviews are usually not blind; your interviewer will likely have reviewed your application ahead of time.
