Any international student will go to DJ?? The person who called me really encourage me to go.

R3 applicant. Invited for interview yesterday. I am planning to go for an on campus interview. What are the lodging options near/in Cornell?

I found a room for $60 on hotwire. Are you walking within Ithaca or driving? I don't recall seeing any hotels super close to campus (other than the on-campus hotel, which goes for $400/night when I checked).

I stayed at the Best Western. I don't remember the exact rate but it was OK. They have a free shuttle service that will drive you right up to the front door at Sage Hall. That saves you some frustration on interview day.

What is the parking situation on campus? Do you buy a pass or is it free parking for prospective students?

I think it's free on Destination Johnson weekend, but otherwise you have to pay to park and walk from the parking lot (allow 10 mins).

Hello All - If you guys have been admitted and received your Ning login - I just posted in the Forum section for a potential Meet Up/Happy Hour in NYC before DJ. Just figured I'd pass that note along. Congrats to everyone.

I also see that there is a note for a potential meet up in Boston as well!

I think I got the fedex confirmation on a Friday and got the binder on a tuesday. I think the weekend in between put a hitch in that giddy up. No the ning login isn't in there. I just received mine yesterday even though I was accepted in the first week of March. I think they may go out in waves. It's pretty cool to see all the admits.

The binder was on my doorstep when I got home last night. I'm not sure about the login, I haven't gone through any of the info yet. I'm probably going to read all the stuff this weekend when I get some time.
