I agree with Michael and Jon too. Goldman is a great name on your resume. Something to consider is that working in ops for a financial giant like that probably comes with challenges that someone at Amazon may not face. When it comes to differentiating yourself, think about what sets your ops experience apart from that of others. You're at a major financial firm in the shadow of the Great Recession - be creative when you think about your experiences and see what you can tease out that'll make you seem more unique!
