I have worked between product and engineering in many industries for eight years.
I started on software engineering consultancy, then moved to product management and built my own company.
My company was in the tech space; I raised 1M$, led a team of 12 employees, and reached 400K users in 190 countries.
In addition, I have helped a big NGO organization like the World Bank for the last four years with international projects on Africa and Latam.

Hi @ramiav,

Thanks for sharing your profile and MBA aspirations. My name is Priyanka, Client Manager at ARINGO.

Strengths of your profile:
• Work Experience: 7.5 years of experience with a diverse background in product, engineering, and entrepreneurship is highly impressive.
• GMAT Score: A 705 GMAT score is excellent and positions you well for admission to top programs.
• Entrepreneurial Success: Building your own company, raising $1 million, and leading a team is a significant accomplishment that demonstrates leadership, business acumen, and risk-taking ability.
• Global Experience: Experience working across industries and with the World Bank showcases your adaptability and global perspective.

Areas for Improvement (to strengthen applications for reach schools):
• Pre-MBA & Post-MBA Industry: Since you haven't specified your target industries, admissions committees might struggle to see a clear career path. Consider focusing on specific industries you'd like to transition into post-MBA. Research those industries and highlight relevant skills from your experience.
• Target Schools: Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and Columbia are all top programs with highly competitive applicant pools. While your profile is strong, these schools might still be reaches.

Additional Tips:
• Target Industry Clarity: Refine your post-MBA industry goals and tailor your application materials (essays, resume) to showcase relevant skills and experiences.
• Quantify Impact: Quantify the impact of your work with the World Bank. Did your projects lead to measurable results?
• Consider Adding Target Schools: Include a few "target" schools for a more balanced school list. Research programs with strong alumni networks in your target industry.

By honing your industry focus and crafting compelling applications (we can help with that 😊), you can significantly increase your chances of getting into a top MBA program. If you send me your CV on priyankak@ARINGO.com , I would love to connect you with our CEO who will be happy to help further with a detailed review and perhaps work together on some amazing apps.

All the best!
