only one that makes sense is A. what convoluted answer choices.. grrr

A for me.

B. pronoun error.
'are the most obvious ones......would be those impacting.

C & D dont make any sense.

E. awkward.

eliminate the middleman and only A will make sense.

B: "the effects that are the most obvious ones"... redundant and wordy phrase.
C: and what are the most obvious effects is ambigious... suggests that the list before it isn't the most obvious effects.
D: they is ambigious and appears to refer to climatologists...
E: which is improperly used here.
