Mechmeera - Thanks for the praise. We have different questions in different webinars (for example the Number Properties and CR Prethinking Webinar this weekend will have different questions). However, the questions in a particular webinar, for example CR2 Webinar - which is conducted once every ~45 days, are mostly similar (we do make some enhancements from time to time).
What is that? The purpose of a webinar is to impart a certain thought process to our students and to help our students avoid certain pitfalls. To achieve the same, we craft the questions every skillfully as well as architect the sequence of questions strategically. Hence, changing the webinar is much more intensive than simply swapping out a question.
Here is some data - to create a new question, validate it, and create a solution requires about 2 hours of SME time and 2 SMEs'. Whereas, to add a question to a webinar is 3X as much - approx 6 hours and requires collaboration by at least 3 SMEs.
Note: SME = Subject Matter Expert
Secondly, we don't expect our students to attend the same webinar twice. That would be counter productive. People who attend the SC1 webinar get the gist of our meaning based approach. Its much more beneficial for them to do the post session tasks after that and then move on to the next set of topics.
BTW - we update and enhance our content 3X to 4X more frequently than most test prep companies do. Why - because we collect a lot of feedback from students and constantly strive to remove points of friction.
