I think you're choosing a good range of schools. Stanford is going to be stretch obviously - as it will be for just about every other applicant. But you have enough of a shot that it's worth a serious go (i.e. it's a stretch, but not slim or a long shot). Booth and Haas are sweet spots, and IE and IESE you should have no problems getting in (spending two years in Spain should be quite the life!). With the range of schools you're applying to, you should be able to get into at least a couple of them - it just comes down to focusing on the applications (which I assume you're doing) and then hoping for the best.
